Delta Hotels by Marriott Warwick

Paying for parking. In adequate lighting in rooms. No sockets near mirrors had to bring our own extension lead. One small bottle of water for three people. Mirror position in bathroom to high . No shaving mirror. No where to hang towels. Not enough storage for clothes especially smalls. Not enough hanging space or hangers.

Hotel is dated & poorly maintained. Staff were very helpful in the main and really the o my positive. Room was hot as hell & aircon was broken.

The room we had was very dated with mould and very old run down carpet. It was very warm in the hotel.. looks like air con was not working on a very hot day. Check-in too over 30 mins due to lack of staff on a busy day. The staff however were very friendly and polite.

This was a 2 night stay when the hotel was full. The good points were that the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The lobby, bar area and restaurant are very nice and the food was probably above average for a large, corporate hotel. We appreciated being given a ground floor room and, considering how many guests were staying, this was surprisingly quiet. I had tried to book a superior room but none were available. Unfortunately, our twin room, 122, had not yet been refurbished and the decor and furnishings are tired and dated, with mould in the bathroom. On the first night, we saw and killed a few little brown moths. These seemed to be clothes moths too, which was disturbing. Then, later in the night, I noticed “silver fish” in the bathroom (sign of dampness). This was reported to reception the next morning who promised to liaise with housekeeping. Unable to offer us another room. However, same problem occurred on second night. We did receive a small discount off our bill, but I did state to the receptionist that this room is NOT fit for purpose and should be renovated as soon as possible. I don’t expect these problems at that price point, if at all!

Ideal for overnight stop. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were courteous and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

For the cost of the room I was somewhat disappointed when I had to ask reception to look at the toilet as it wouldn’t flush to be told apologies it’s old plumbing and you needed to fiddle to get it to work! Reported it again when I checked out where I got not really interested attitude

Excellent stay, a clean and efficient hotel with an efficient and caring staff

Great location about 1min off the M40 for easy access to Warwick Castle. £10 taxi into the town for dinner. We had a Superior with 2 Doubles in the refurbished part which was an perfect size for 4, lovely bathroom. Great breakfast as well.

Great breakfast and generally a nice hotel. Loads of parking, so why charge? Room size and furniture a little disappointing.

The reception service was speedy and efficient. The room was acceptable. The restaurant was very good, particularly breakfast.
