The location, easy access to the motorway.

We had a significant power-cut from around 6pm on the 24th of June until 1:30am 25th of June. We were only told by staff that they hope to have the power back on before midnight, but couldn’t be sure. We were not offered any help, other than some free water! I had to sit in my vehicle to get my work complete, due to my room being in complete darkness. I hope this doesn’t happen again, for anyone else who stays here.

The excellent customer service we received, especially from Robert in the restaurant. Food was good too. Also liked the swimming pool, though the area, including changing rooms, is looking a bit dated.

Needed two pillows on bed.
