Nice reception / bar area, lots of parking (extra cost but not crazy). Good room. No road noise.

Sound proofing from the corridor could be better but nothing serious.

the hotel is okay but the service is crap

I paid for parking and I received a charge ticket. I called them 3 times to have them send me proof by email that the matter has been resolved, but I still haven't received it.

Dog charge of £15 per dog per night is excessive, you get relegated to what assume is an old section, carpets tired. If they don't actually want to accept dogs then don't give the option. The restaurant is expensive Additional parking fee, why ... How else would you arrive.
