Staff were friendly and attentive but rushed off their feet.

Food is pricey for the quantity and quality. Breakfast is sub par. Stayed in similar priced hotels and had much better selection and quality of food. Noise from the road is excessive. Not the best place for a family room. Spa facilities run down and no jets in jacuzzi. Good for dogs though. Much prefer the Orida in Maidstone..far superior.

Such friendly staff . My friend, her 2 dogs and I were looked after really well. The room was spacious, accessible and very reasonably priced. I would really recommend this hotel to other people.

Paying for the car park lol!
