"Convenient for a basic stay ."

It’s in a convenient location for visiting family. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking.

Bedroom cleaning could be improved. Evening meals quite basic but overpriced.

"Avoid this old Hilton hotel"

Warm pool.

Dreadful location and poor quality window seals meant we heard hundreds of noisy articulated lorries driving past our window constantly, banging over poor road surface between 2.30am and 6am. Noisy aircon too. Shockingly disturbed night. Uninterested night duty manager and no effort to resolve this breach of contract by manager next morning. Told to complain to Booking.Com and seek refund from them. Booking. Com still have not replied. Also very hard bed and small room.

"Chaotic hotel"

Good air con for a hot day

The hotel seemed to be run quite chaotically with various issues with rooms, staff not seemingly able to tell whether rooms were full or empty and we received a very unwelcome knock on the door at 1am. The hotel also marked our stay as unpaid, despite us paying on arrival. Very disappointing as I'm not going to be overcharged and have to chase the refund.

"Good Facilities and Friendly Staff but Needs Improvement"

Relax stay with nice bed, decent room size, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath & delicious breakfast. Good staffs & facilities.

The hot tub was not working and this was not informed at the time of booking. The coffee machine also seemed inefficient or not well maintained. The towels were very old and of cheap quality, which is not what you would expect from a star hotel.

"Excellent"

It was very clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the tea and biscuits and the shower.

It was a little cold at night and the mattress was a little stiff at times however it was generally a very comfortable room.

"It was somewhere to sleep."

The hotel is very run down, our room was very basic beds are awful so uncomfortable. The breakfast didn't taste of anything and they ran out of most things (even know the hotel was dead). Needs a lot of work. Staff were friendly. Don't go near if your expectations are high as you will be very disappointed.
