The room, the staff, all of it was wonderful. Bed was super comfortable and room was spacious. We brought our dog with us who had loads of fuses from staff.

I tried to have a bath and the plug in the bathroom of room 115 does not seal so the water didn't stay in the bath. Everything else was wonderful. Will be staying there again!

Close to the airport. I hadn't taken onboard the fact that this is no longer a Hilton hotel.

The hotel looked and felt tired and the staff were similarly inert. The air conditioning didn't appear to be working.

Pool was great for my 10 year old, warm and great for him

The water wasn't running for most of the second day of our stay. It was a hotel wide issue and they put notices and the hotel to inform people. We couldn't even flush the toilet for about 10h. I asked the desk for some compensation which I know we are entitled to. They told us we had to go through booking.com so I raised it with Booking. They got back to me about 24h later and said they couldn't come to an agreement with the hotel, gave me a modest discount voucher and closed the case without giving me an opertunity to respond. Very poor all around!

Are room had no baths towels in no plug in the bath to have a bath the shower wouldn’t come threw hot & I booked room with toddler when I got there couldn’t have a travel cot as they didn’t have any ?
