Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Defiance by IHG

Check in was quick n very friendly,n our softball girls enjoyed the nice pool n new renovations look great.

Very nicely remodeled rooms

It was a nice place and pretty clean!! The breakfast was good too!!!

Reservation was for one king, but we got two queens. Elevator and hallway smelled like weed.

Everyone was very nice. Clean room. Bed was very comfortable. The only complaint we have is the cleaning lady. She was very loud when cleaning rooms around us. We stayed 4 nights and she didn't seem to care that people could be sleeping when she was cleaning. On our last day we did leave her a note explaining that with a tip. Hope it helps her.

We love this hotel. The beds were low so my mom who is handicap could get in them easily. Clean nice room and beds. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was very sweet and very helpful. However the lady that we spoke to earlier in the day on the phone was pretty rude.

We had a very nice overnight stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Convenient location with lots of food choices nearby. We would stay here again!

Property under renovation and it’s really past due. Hopefully it will be completed before our next visit.

Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable! The staff member working the front desk is a gem. She was so friendly and welcoming. We had zero issues with our stay and recommend this hotel if you’re passing through!

Always an awesome stay and my go-to when I’m in Defiance. The staff is always nice. Can’t wait to see the new updates coming this fall!
