"never again"

nothing, really

for the two nights we were there, there was no less than 100 college age kids partying, yelling, dancing, screaming, in the streets, directly under our window. we were hoping for a lovely , quaint town experience. This was not it! Police were there, did nothing. Hotel manager said " oh, hahaha, yeah, its been happening on the weekends". minimal effort for breakfast. Waffles? old fruit?

Conveniently located. We could walk everywhere. 1st floor was being renovated but they were very accommodating and Reno wasn’t noisy

It was under renovations but didn’t inform me until after I booked.

Price was great! Rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Was first put in a room where the air conditioner wasn’t working and making a loud noise. We stepped out and they quickly fixed that by putting us in a new room prior to us even saying anything.

"Good value but first impression is not appealing."

Location is central to the town. Breakfast was very good and that staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel lobby is dark and has black plastic covering unfinished construction which looks like it has not been touched for a very long time.
