That he didn’t grant us, our stay. When I literally clicked on book this room while in the lobby waiting to be attended but the receptionist was attending a guest. It was literally minutes after midnight but he then told me he couldn’t check me in because it was after midnight and he said he thought I was with the guy in front of me. I don’t see how he would think that if I wasn’t even near the other person. He said since I got there after midnight it wouldn’t let him approve it but I literally booked while I was in their lobby. Well anyways I was charged for the room and still haven’t received a call or text to see where they are with their decision.

The staff was nice

Way overpriced, breakfast is not great.

I actually loved the facilities. The room was quite comfortable. The morning breakfast was simple but good quality. Coffee and hot chocolate were available all day.

I was very confused that we stayed for 4 nights and our beds were never made for us not once. Also, one night our very full garbage wasn't changed. When we checked out we asked the gentleman at the front desk if that was normal and he said no. We were quite disappointed and not sure why that would happen. We honestly loved everything else. Too bad that put a damper on our experience. (Room 328)

The rooms were clean and well stocked, the front desk attendant was very nice and professional, everything was clean in the lobby and common areas

I wish there was a hot breakfast with eggs, meats, etc

the fridge in the room didn’t work
