Staff where excellent.

Room was supposed to have air conditioning, get in the room and it was hotter inside than outside . Given a tiny fan . Reported to staff and they where really good but you could tell there hands where tied behind there backs from higher up .

Excellent location overlooking the park. Beautifully decorated. Excellent food. Lovely bedroom on the front which in this hot weather was lovely and cool. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Location and the bar/ restaurant areas, very relaxed and aircon

My room had no aircon which was advertised as having aircon. Offered another room with aircon but smelled of damp. Took the room with complementary breakfast for 2. Bathroom in room whilst modern had little or no extraction- was more like a sauna. Room carpet was damp- maybe replace carpet rather than a dehumidifier that I had to empty 3 times during the night-ridiculous

"A grand hotel in a perfect central location"

Beautiful period building tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. Very friendly staff.

Our room may have had an issue with the air conditioning it there were fans provided.
