Queens Hotel Cheltenham

Really enjoyed the stay, weather was great, rooms are great in a period property in the middle of town. Outside terrace was lovely in the sun with a singer on.

No double glazing on room windows which lets in street noise.Inadequate air conditioning.

Beautiful features. Our room was fabulous and great location. Parking was great and reasonably priced. The breakfast was lovely and all of the staff were exceptional.

The shower leaked on our bathroom and was not completely clean. Not enough to warrant complaining but just some constructive feedback. We had 4 rooms between us, the 3 rooms on the second floor were great however the room on the 3 rd floor was not. Extremely small and very tired. In comparison to the other rooms which were all the same cost it was disappointing.

Breakfast menu ordered from the table and freshly cooked, a lot of egg options.

Not a great lover of the cooked breakfast I would like some cheeses not pre packed on plastic, tomatoes etc for the continental breakfast.

Good location 5 minutes walk into town, very friendly and helpful staff.

The walls are very thin ( room 314) we could hear the tv and neighbouring conversations ( some times explicit). The hotel needs to improve the soundproofing to avoid this in the future. The staff were very helpful and acted promptly to remedy the situation, however this is an organisation issue ( please improve soundproofing for future guests who might feel uncomfortable stating this). Otherwise we had a decent stay.
