Suprisin good, and new electric charging, a lot off.

Everything about this hotel is excellent; the staff are friendly and efficient, all areas clean and comfortable. We travelled with a wheelchair user, and although the room was perfect for our needs with for instance a full wet room rather than a bath, getting to it was, as is usually the case in hotels, a bit of a trial through heavy fire doors, especially maneuvering suitcases at the same time. The staff are extremely helpful though, and a wheelchair lift is provided to help negotiate the short flight of 3-4 stairs leading from the lobby to the rooms, which made everything as wheelchair friendly as humanly possible. We would recommend this hotel to any wheelchair user, but please either take or ask for help getting to your room!

The hotel met my expectations and was quite satisfactory.

Not great to look at from the outside-- could do with some t.l.c, buildings and carparks, however, good value for money and staff go out of way to please. Would stay again.

The staff were really helpful and the room was clean.

Fire alarm going off at 3.15am one morning and 6.40am the next morning was unfortunate. Shame it couldn’t have been rectified after the first occasion. Otherwise a good stay. Breakfast very nice.

Our stay was very good, staff were very helpful and respectful and friendly throughout our stay . The room was very clean ,bathroom spotless. We had a room with a sofa making it very comfortable to relax in. Only one comment was that the mattress was a little uncomfortable, but bedding very clean. Breakfast was very good meeting all dietary needs. All in all a very nice stay.

For what we paid, this has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Went to Alton Towers (50 mins from hotel) and wanted somewhere to stay overnight. Firstly location was perfect - just off M1 so it was easy to find. Lots of parking. Hotel room was spotless (we were in a Premier Room - must have been an upgrade as only paid standard rate). Beds were comfy, spacious room, lovely shower (no bath) and plenty tea and coffee. We ordered food for tea - the bar staff were lovely. I went to the bar and ordered but you can order via an app (I am old and can't do this!!). Staff were really pleasant. The bar area was lovely and bright and I could easily have stayed there for a drink had I not had a tired child with me. Food was excellent and great value (under £20 for full pizza, chips and salad - big enough for 2 of us). Good nights sleep - there was no noise. Thankfully no fire alarms or drunks rolling in at 3am (unlike a hotel close to this for three times the price!) Breakfast in the morning was lovely - loads of choice with fresh fruit, cold meats and a full English breakfast. Plus cereals, bread and tea/coffee. Again, staff were excellent. All in all a lovely stay. And we will be back next time we go to Alton Towers.

Once again as expected A clean room great staff and a good night's sleep.

As always, the staff were welcoming and helpful. Could have done with a decent single malt whisky behind the bar, but otherwise all went well
