Very friendly and helpful staff

I experienced a few issues at check-in, which initially left me feeling a bit frustrated. However, the situation was handled very well by the staff, who were efficient, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout. They offered complimentary drinks vouchers as a gesture of apology, which was much appreciated and helped smooth things over. Once settled, the rest of my stay was enjoyable and the service continued to be excellent. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they’re handled that really matters and in this case, the team did a great job turning things around. Thank you to Yuvraaj Indika & Abasr.

We ended up in an “accessible” room. It had a large room and bathroom. It looked like a hospital room complete with emergency pull chains. I don’t know if this is normal for an accessible room in Europe but it was different. They claimed to have air conditioning but it didn’t seem to do much good. The car park was made more out of pot holes than asphalt. The mattresses were worn and uncomfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast the next morning was good but more expensive than it should have been.

The room needed a decent clean, the walls were dirty, it needed a bit of TLC too, silicone coming away around the shower.

Excellent place to stay, dining and breakfast choices are very good, recommended.
