The check in and out times perfect for a lazy morning breakfast an swim. The food was very nice.

How quick the main dinner came out after my starter I hadn't finished starter and my main was brought out, maybe check an see if people are ready for main as a gap between would have been nice.

Hotel agradable y tranquilo donde disfrutamos de la piscina y el jacuzzi.

Reservamos una habitación con cama doble y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales. Cuando pedimos un cambio en recepción, nos dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno sin ofrecernos ninguna otra opción. La excusa fue un fallo informático y no del hotel… inaceptable! La relación calidad-precio del desayuno es mala, no hay mucha variedad.

Room was nice & clean location was ok easy access to motorways The best thing We liked was the Mings Chinese Restaurant just up the Road

FOOD!!! we had dinner on our first night stay limited Menu I had the pie and mash couldn't eat it awful my wife had the Fish and chips Fish smelt strong my wife ate it and was sick afterwards, My son had pizza and fries off the children's menu 2x little au bite size pizza,s and a few fries not even cooked properly. Breakfast!! First day we got in early food was there but average to poor second morning was a total shambles everybody queuing waiting for the slop jockey to bring out the food one item at a time was,nt worth waiting for I waited nearly 20 minutes for some scrambled eggs that arrived cold I ended up with a couple of mouthful,s of egg and a piece of bacon followed by a trip to McDonald's on our way out!!. Our last trip we stayed at Holiday Inn was Birmingham it was exceptional that is why we booked don't expect the same standards at Maidstone. Won't be booking again. Save Money book Premier Inn up the road and have Dinner at Mings Chinese absolutely fabulous.
