"Very Good"

The reception staff were very helpful. We wanted a ground floor room but none were available for our first night, but they arranged for us to be moved the next day.

Air conditioning/ heating. The holiday Inn policy of controlling temperature centrally may be great for the hotels expenses, but it will stop us staying at one of your hotels going forward.

"Amazing value for money"

Fantastic hotel with an amazing swimming pool, my daughter had a lot of fun. The value for money was also fantastic

The breakfast was missing some items, we waited for the staff to replenish them but after 20 minutes we decided to leave

We have had 2 Birthday parties at the Holiday Inn.I in March and the other April.The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Jessica the events coordinator and Tom the waiter.They made the 2 events a success and planning the party an easy process. The food was excellent and our hotel stay was good.Already planning our next birthday party at the hotel, definitely recommend having your event at Holiday Inn Wrotham 👌
