Holiday Inn Maidstone-Sevenoaks by IHG

I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have stairs so taking up the suitcases was a nightmare

This hotel was suggested by a friend who was holding a party nearby. The hotel is modern and caters to families. We had a superior room which was well equipped with a fridge, coffee machine and everything you need for a short stay. The staff are very friendly although it can be hard to find someone at the bar to get a drink or coffee. The leisure facilities are good (although the steam room was out of order) but at the weekend are very busy and noisy. Breakfast is good although the tables weren’t cleared very quickly so we played hunt the clean table! It was a bit chaotic, and on the second morning the pancake machine was out of order. Whilst we had a comfortable stay, as an older couple, it wouldn’t be our first choice in the area - sorry IHG.

Came for my best mates wedding the initial arrival was ok and meet warmly room wasn't terrible just like a Travelodge just more expensive and freezing cold , they dont sell drinks or offer water unless from a vending machine that sells protein shakes and energy drinks which I don't want at 12 o'clock at night, reception staff aren't very intensive and couldn't really care otherwise about your issues it's a shame the breakfast was nice and I had high hopes for this place but how cold the room is and the fact I couldn't get a soft drink or bottle of water because I came back after 11 is ridiculous and needs to be appropriately sorted

HEALTH CLUB WAS A BIT DIRTY AND SMALL, NOT HELPED BY SWIMMING CLUBS TAKING UP HALF THE POOL
