The Rose and Crown Hotel – Tonbridge

Appreciate it was a hot day but the rooms and corridors were boiling, a fab in the room would have helped. The breakfast was sub par too, no juice, no tea, some food was cold

Regarding the accommodation we were subjected to last night, it was an absolute disgrace, the rooms were filthy, no soap in bathrooms and then the breakfast this morning was barely edible.

This old Hotel is sadly showing its age. Being on the main road we had constant traffic which kept us up along with the hot room.

Clean room, comfortable bed, but many things broken (e.g shower pipe leaking, only one over-mirror lightbulb lit [which was flickering], walls scuffed and damaged.

I stayed for a week and the best part of the stay was the bed. It was super comfy and got a great nights sleep each night. The bathroom was ok, but the shower was small, so a bit of a squeeze. There was also a step in my room, from the bathroom to the bed part which took a bit of getting use to. The staff I met were very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location with parking in heart of Tonbridge.

Been many times before when it was a best western so we missed the little things ie tissues in the bathroom complimentary toiletries and biscuit There was only enough coffee or tea for three cups and there was two of us

Nice invirement, right in town.

Friendly, helpful staff with great customer service. Lovely, comfortable room at a good price.

The bathroom was absolutely filthy. Hair and grime all around the toilet, walls and shower curtain. The shower dribbled out with no pressure at all.
