Location for BP pulse live was literally perfect!

The room was very outdated, furniture scratched and shabby, chair to sit and dry your hair was horrible faded, stained.

Everything is excellent, the staff makes our stay personal and welcoming. Abhita is an incredibly knowledgeable and professional person as was Maheed on reception and all front of house staff and ofcourse the chef. Food was excellent 👌

Nothing not to dislike

Lovely hotel, big quiet room, large bathroom with walk in shower. Comfy bed. Excellent dinner, bar service and breakfast

Location to NEC

Booked a room with balcony expecting chairs and access to the balcony , only one chair asked for another got brought an old dining chair. Drop from the room is about 2 foot so couldn’t get in and out without climbing. Room was dated and then the bathroom had no running water or toilet flush

Smart, clean, and well presented comfortable hotel. Comfortable bedroom, bathroom and good service. Very pleasant bar. Excelkentbreakfastfacilities

Very limited dining facilities.Guests will be lucky to gain a table unless reserved very well in advance. Be warned. !! Luckily there are far superior dining opportunities in the nearby NEC Resorts complex, which are to be recommended.

Decor and comfort

Shortage of staff in the restaurant meaning those that were on duty were harassed and very slow to attend tables and food below average standard

Location perfect for attending NEC. Staff friendly and welcoming. Nice size room with comfortable bed.

Lack of information in room regarding hotel. Regarding breakfast times menus for restaurant etc.

I pre-arranged a surprise birthday cake for my wife with dinner. The restaurant team did a superb job in presenting the cake at the end of our dinner. The hotel is modern, very clean & lived up to expectations.
