Reasonably easy to walk to NEC although new alternatives are closer. Food quality was excellent and very helpful and friendly staff. Massive TV in room was great for watching World Cup!

Beds are so hard!! Pillows too. Had to ring reception for pillowcase for second pillow. No information pack or restaurant/room service menu in the room (not available via TV either). Restaurant absolutely full in the evening and the downstairs restaurant wasn’t opened to accommodate the overflow. Ended up having to order room service. The whole hotel and grounds are badly in need of a refurbishment.

Spacious and easy access to NEC centre

We used gym during our stay and unfortunately found it very hot and a bit basic. Treadmill not up to current standards

"Good hotel for those attending any conference at NEC"

Walking distance from NEC (5-10 minutes). Lake view quite beautiful. Friendly staff and good breakfast. There is parking available from £10 per night.

Breakfast could have a bit more choice in terms of pastries.
