Breakfast staff very nice

Fire alarm going off at 1:30am due to a fault. No information from staff at the time. Everything had to be accessed by QR codes which is a faff. Noise from adjoining room. Expensive for what it is

"Great location, rooms need modernised."

The location was great, very close to the NEC and BP Pulse, as well as Resorts World for all the restaurants & entertainment options. Friendly and helpful staff at breakfast in particular :)

The rooms need massively modernised, they felt very dated and for a family with older children (not toddlers) there needs to be some more family-friendly options such as interconnecting rooms. The room was quite small as well.
