Way to get to from the airport. Clean and easy to navigate around. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in

Staff are superb ..so helpful friendly and comfortable to approach and talk to.

Nothing at all... I stay every time I fly from Birmingham even though there is a lot of choice near the airport I always choose Crowne Plaza

"Very nice hotel and good location"

Most of the staff were friendly and approachable, there was an ice machine, hotel very clean, good on site parking, breakfast was great and staff at breakfast extremely helpful

The check in staff member wasn't very friendly and didn't provide any information regarding meal times etc or where to go. No menus or meal times in the room
