Room service was 15 mins late. And reception took ages answering the phone.

Very good location next to shopping outlet and restaurants. Nice lakeside position. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful

The bed was a little too firm for my liking and the pillow was a bit flat.

The location was mostly good for what we wanted but the entrance was tricky to find initially. We ordered a large meal on one of the days of our stay for 8 people and Destiny who took our order did an amazing job to make sure that a large order with several custom requests went through the till perfectly

The entrance was initially tricky to find, but after a day or so we managed to find the easiest entrance and exit to get where we were going. Despite Destiny's amazing service, two portions of chips from the order never arrived at the table

Staff took amazing care of us. Sorted us with a table in the restaurant when the nearby venues all refused to seat customers. Sorted us out and made little but meaningful gestures towards us during the stay.

Staff were very friendly, attentive and looked after us brilliantly. The food was good, arrived quickly and there was a great selection. The bar area was comfortable and had a good selection of drinks. The breakfast was great - my only wish was that they added Black Pudding to the selection!

The room temperature was quite hot and the air con didn't seem to come on to cool it down despite being set at cooler than the room was. It would be great if the car park was included in the room price.

The room was very tired looking, with fridge door hanging off hinges, holes in the tv table, a holes in bed sheets. Improvements needed to running a busy breakfast service as everything kept running out

Easy access to room. Wide corridors make all the difference when you are in a wheelchair. Friendly helpful staff. Appliances in rooms are clean and easy to access (Features on TV are not locked so you can Screen cast to them if you want).

There was only one issue. Managed to get stuck in the revolving doors at the entrance due to the wheelchair, was funnelled toward the middle and manage to get wedged in pretty well, was resolved quickly as the staff were quick to help us out.
