The bed was very comfortable and the pool was fun

Honestly the stay wasnt good. There was a lot of noise coming from the flood above us and it sounded like someone was running up and down the hall all night from 9pm-4am. I complained 3 times before calling the police and no one could figure out where the noise was coming from. We didnt sleep at all because of it. Also, 4 teenage girls took photos of me and my partner while we were in the pool. Between the noise and the nightmares who were in the room across from us we ended up asking for a refund.

It wasn’t noises as I thought it would be seeing it is near bus station and thruway. Food was good main areas ( public area like lobby front counter pool) was all clean and inviting.

WiFi sucks certain staff me,bee yes one in particular was very rude. Private room bedroom was dirty still hair hair and garbage hidden in towel area.

Location was good, included breakfast was also nice

Front desk lady was not all that friendly, to put it mildly - maybe she was having a bad day, not sure and the chicken bones left on the floor in our room weren’t all that great

We were checked into King suite 110, on the first floor right next to the check in desk, that was nice. It wasn't loud or noisy even being that close to the front desk. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. They are doing a lot of updating and you can tell, the carpet in our room was newer as well as fresh paint and new bedding. Breakfast was good, nothing to write home about, standard fair of eggs, sausage gravy, cereals, and breads - one item that did stand out to me, they had American cheese to make breakfast sandwiches with! That was def. unexpected and very cool. Pool was open and looked nice, even though we didn't take advantage of it. Snacko machines looked brand new but they hadn't had a chance to have them stocked yet, which was okay also, because I really didn't need junk food.

It was a little hard to tell where to enter, due to the lobby being retiled and there was construction debris piled near the door, the open sign was not on so we were a little confused where to go. The blinds in the room were new, however they don't completely cover the window and it let in light around the edges - no big deal but it sucked in the morning when the sunshine came through, curtains would have been nice to block out the light. Also there was no safe in the room, that was odd (different), but it's okay it didn't affect our stay. One of my biggest pet peeves - no coffee maker in the room. While they had coffee in the breakfast area all day, I don't want to trek out of my room first thing in the morning to find coffee, I just want to sit there like the goblin I am and wake up quietly with my coffee until I'm human again.

Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The pillows are uncomfortable.
