The breakfast was really good

The overnight lady and morning desk lady were great. The lady on at check in was very rude. She acted like we were bothering her and ended up double charging me which resulted in hurting my car payment

"won't stay there again. irritated the receptionist did not help us."

Being able to access our room from another door aside from the main entrance was good. Check in was easy.

A/C unit sounded like it needed serious attention. I seriously was not able to sleep one minute due to that as well as multiple people opening closing doors as well as feeling and hearing people walking around all hours of the night. Would not stay again.

"Don't stay here!"

Nothing was good about this place.

We were swtched from room to room because the first had no hot water and the second had filthy top cover and sheets. The third room we accepted only because we couldn't get a refund. We wanted out!

It was noisy and the beds were uncomfortable. Also, the parking lot was not plowed.
