Best Western Crown Inn & Suites - Batavia

Staff was friendly.

It didn’t seem very clean. It was too warm. Breakfast was lacking at best. No shampoo or body wash in the shower. Just lacked overall.

Breakfast was awesome. The front counter people were awesome. Breakfast was always really good. The cafe was very clean and well-kept.

We did not have daily room service. We were told employees will never enter the room unless we give 24-hour notice. After 3 days, we were told we could leave garbage and towels outside of room and they would leave replacements outside our door. Pillow smelled of body odor. The room had a very strong odor of chemicals to me. Our refrigerator had frozen up and stopped working. We were told it would be replaced that day after 9 am, when maintenance came in. The refrigerator was cooling when we returned, but was still frozen up. Saturday night, the hotel next door that was being remodeled had a group outside a room having a party so we did not feel secure.

They offered breakfast in the morning

The room smelled, the pillows were the size of throw pillows. And it was way too expensive
