It wasn’t specified on the website that ALL rooms don’t have air conditioners, it was only stated that some might not have ac and there might be some noise. So I was disappointed when I got to my room.

Lovely helpful staff, location was great nice and central, breakfast was good with large selection of choices, lovely kids corner in the cafe / bar with lots of total and books

Failities advertised seemed different to reality - Resteraunt closed all the time apart from lunch time for private functions. Cafe area open evening for food but not lunchtime and no room service available. Air con not working due to maintenance.
