"Great front desk service, but the rooms were in terrible condition."

The front desk staff — they were very helpful, friendly, and professional.

The rooms were full of bugs. In room 226 there were insects in the bed, shower, and everywhere. I was moved to room 316, which was slightly better, but there were still bugs in the bathroom and on the table. Also, there was no refrigerator.

"Worst Hotel Experience Of My Life"

We spent less than 10 minutes in this hotel. Booking for only a few hours to get some sleep before an early flight. We assumed this would be a good option as it offers airport shuttles, WRONG. We checked in at the lobby and were given a room key. When opening out door, a man came out of the room and said he had been there and had a few more nights. He was completely unbothered by the fact we’d just met our selves into his room with a key. We walked back to to the gentleman at the lobby and he said there was nothing in the system of that room being occupied. It’s felt extremely unsafe and we asked to cancel. We went to Home 2 Suites nextdoor and thankfully they had a room. What a scary experience!

"Very noisy hotel and fairly rundown"

Location is close to airport

The place is run down. Bathroom door didn't close as it drags on the floor. Insects in the room. The place is cheap and it was a bed for the night. But the noise through the ceiling from the floor above was loud.

"Overall absolutely disgusting and disappointing."

Very disappointed in the room I stayed in. Cockroaches everywhere including the bathrooms. I’m going to be calling an inspector for maintenance on the hotel. The roaches are coming out of the bathrooms and coming out of the carpets and walls. This is just not acceptable at all. People sleep here and do not want roaches crawling around there sleep area. Very disappointed in the stay.
