Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence/Cincinnati Airpo

The hotel room was infested with bedbugs and cockroaches.

We stayed a couple of nights and were very disappointed with the motel. Seems to be run down. One of the desk clerks named Nicki we felt was rude, and the Daily manager, Tina, was nice at first, but when we asked to speak to her yesterday, we were told she was very busy or would have to wait for her to not be on the computer. She had an office full of people and didn't seem to be working cause of so much laughter going on all day. So we will not be going back to this motel. Also, parents were letting children run up and down the hallway.

Smooth check in

Soon as we get in the room it smells like cat pee. Part of the carpet torn up, seen roaches on the counters, bathroom and the one bed. Didn’t even looked like they replaces the carpet in years. And didn’t vacuum

My family and I walked into our room and immediately walked out. The window was wide open, the walls were brown and discolored from dust and dirt, and there was a bug in the bathroom. My husband asked to either be moved to a cleaner room or for a refund if that's the best they could offer. They cancelled the room. The employee, however, was courteous and understanding.

I further my toothpaste andb the desk had some travel size which was helpful

That I was confirmed for a king size bed, was told when I told them this, sorry we didn't have anymore kings left...then our TV kept buffering through most shows we wanted to watch!!

This hotel was perfect for one night stay before our international travel. We left our car for two weeks while we were outside of the country. The price was very reasonable and hotel provide us with airport transfer.
