The location was convenient. Easy on and off I 71/75

The room we were initially placed in a room that had diarrhea on and in the toilet. The room smelled like an ashtray (nonsmoking room). We were moved to another room which had slightly less cigarette smoke, but we then had to kill approximately six cockroaches during our visit (in and on the beds). The bottom third of the bathroom door in this second room was in pieces and the door did not close and was barely hanging in place by two screws in the top hinge. This room should have been out of service until the infestation and bathroom door were corrected. When we asked about the cigarette smell and it being a nonsmoking room we were told "Yeah people smoke everywhere". We were also told that there were no cleaning staff that day and that it was James' fault. We were also informed that the facility was full and there were no other rooms for us to be relocated to. Breakfast was awful. Syrup was generic corn syrup with artificial flavoring. It tasted like chemicals. Both my wife and I ate one bite and threw the food away. We subsequently ate a local diner.

The entire building. Roaches in our room , room stunk , entire building stunk of cigarettes. smoke detectors were unplugged in both rooms we had. people living there were sketchy. Continental Breakfast was a joke. We will NEVER stay here again.
