"Do not stay, roaches!"

Do not stay here!! Roaches found in the room, I tried to cancel my reservation ahead of time and they would not accommodate it. My sisters confirmed the roaches in the rooms. Traveling with 2 young girls and said I needed to check in first. Robert at the front desk was very rude.

It's an old, tired hotel, but we understand that renovations are beginning soon and we will definitely check it out then.

"Awful hotel."

The staff working the front counter was amazing and very polite.

When I got there I noticed a very unpleasant smell. I proceeded to get my key and noticed a sign on the desk that said you have 15 minutes for refunds. I quickly went to my room to check it out. As soon as I entered the hallway for my room it smelled like urine. I entered my room to find my window wasn't closed and it wouldn't close, then I started looking around to check it out to find roaches dead under the sink. Then I proceeded to check the room with a flashlight, and whay I found was live roaches scattering across the dark floor. I immediately went down to front desk and asked for a refund. The woman at the desk helped me out. And let me know booking.com would help me for my refund.
