"Exceptional"

Schönes Hotel mit Stil und grossem Pool. Das Zummer gross und sehr sauber. Leider noch Teppich. Die Kissen sind nicht ideal, alles andere passt. Frühstücksbuffet war gross und lecker. Wir haben es genossen.

Zentrumsnahe Lage, Personal sehr freundlich. Thermalbad super. Frühstücksauswahl reichlich. Teppichboden in unserem Zimmer muss erneuert werden.

Fabulous fabulous love everything about this hotel I don’t know why I didn’t say here last year! As I got really rip-off in another hotel in Baden-Baden. Radisson is the place to stay great staffs service beautiful breakfast.

Room not sanitized or clean. Parking facility is open to public and guest, therefore you have to park at the Galerie which is a lot more expensive. We supppsedly had a garden view. There was no garden, grounds were unkept. Bathroom very small. Only one person can be in at a time. Not what we expected for a Radisson brand hotel.

"Prima hotel"

Prima hotel. Wel een beetje overrated qua prijs. Betaalden 750 euro voor 3 nachten. Staff is vriendelijk, vooral de manager en de jongen achter de bali. Kamer is zeer ruim en schoon. Badkamer echter is weer veels te klein. Ontbijt is goed ondanks de Corona regels, alleen van de drie dagen kon er op 1 dag (zaterdag) geen ei worden gebakken. Precies de dag dat de manager er ook niet was. Het leek alsof het personeel die dag er gelijk geen zin meer in had. Zwembad was ook ruim en verwarmd. Locatie was super, je liep zo het stadje in.

Worst Hotel experience ever, public areas unclean and the pool area is in hygienic. Staff don’t even pick up the phone and are exceptionally rude. Parking is a joke and expensive. The photos have been taken from clever angles to make the rooms and especially the pool look far nicer and bigger than they are. The hotel looks like it is sits in its own grounds on the photographs but it is actually directly on a main road.

Gute lage direkt am Zentrum, historisches über 200 Jahre altes Haus, Wir waren sehr zufrieden
