Badischer Hof Baden-Baden - Leonardo Limited Edition

We travelled with another couple to Baden Baden, Germany for a 14 stay at Radisson Blu. The hotel was in a perfect location within walking distance to the centre of Baden Baden. The staff was wonderful.....very accommodating and met our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel if travelling to this wonderful German city!

Great location , room was large , spa service was amazing

The hotel and amenities are quite nice, however, the inability to get wifi in our room was a serious problem. We had to go to the lobby in order to get wifi and connect with our workplaces.

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir 45 Minuten warten bis wir die Zimmer bekommen haben. Leider hatten wir auch keine Kingsize Betten wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Nur das Abendessen à la carte hat nicht gut funktioniert. Wir mussten sehr lange warten und sie hatten wohl unser Essen vergessen. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr schön. Toller Pool. Für Familien ideal. Schön wäre noch eine Spielecke oder Ähnliches.

Die Zimmereinrichtung war gut, leider hat es im Zimmer nach Chlor gerochen. Die Abluft im WC/Bad hat nicht funktioniert, deshalb war das Fenster im Zimmer nach dem Duschen stark beschlagen. Die Minibar wurde nicht jeden Tag aufgefüllt und der Zimmerservice kam jeweils sehr spät (15:30-18:30).

Cena con poche e scadenti scelte, pulizia delle camere, per 2 gg su 4, alle 17 dietro nostra sollecitazione, alla reception poco personale e non in grado di assistere i clienti soprattutto 2 ragazze anche cortesi. Colazione non varia Ho scelto questo albergo perche conosco la catena ma purtroppo sono stata molto delusa

Overall a pleasant stay. However, the room service was a lower standard than we would have expected - coffee cups left dirty by bedside. Breakfast was adequate although lack of warm plates meant food was cold by the time you got it to the table. Hotel's location was great. Thermal pool was wonderful although it was not always possible to get a poolside bed owing to volume of people.

Tres bon acceuil. Personnel de la reception très gentil et serviable. Tres bon petit petit-déjeuner avec également des produits locaux. Piscine très agreable avec de l eau thermale chaude. Parfait emplacement. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
