Beautiful hotel, amazing service, wonderful room, perfect location!

Interesting mixture of Radisson corporate style and La Belle Epoch effervescence. Wifi not great in my room but everything else good. Food in bar was pretty good - very pretty. I love the big silly porcelain horse in there lobby. Also they have a limitless stock of umbrellas for when it rains. Baden-Baden is stunning.

The hotel has two parts, old and new. We stayed in the older part and it was nice and clean. View was nice as it overlooked the pool and the street. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and there was no hot water for showers in the morning, freezing water. The spa was under construction so just the pool and one small sauna available but not explained to us at checkin. At breakfast the coffee machine needed to be cleaned and the staff got into a loud argument in the dining area with a customer. They went outside to argue but it did not get better, just got louder. Super unprofessional and uncomfortable so we left the area. Parking was atrocious!! Cars parked everywhere in the garage causing severe jams and problems parking as well as exiting. However, the hotel was located nicely in an area so it was close to everything. May have just been my experience but it truly could have been much better.

The reservation was not in the hotel system, so we have to wait at the check in 30 mins, the pool and the Thermen is cold .... and it is Nov ... Nobody was attending the spa, pool, etc .... disappointed

Great experience in a very nice and well kept hotel. We asked to do a late check out and the staff was happy to let us stay a few hours over without charge. Recommended

This hotel has a nice indoor pool and an incredible heated outdoor pool with built in jacuzzis. It also has a spa with a small steam room and sauna and a very small work out room. Parking is available on site and it’s only a 10 minute walk to the city center. The staff was great and our room was very spacious. We very much enjoyed our stay!

They have so many problems with the AC. Unexpected charges during check in. Had to wait more than 1.5 hours to get my luggage to the room.

This is our third stay in the past ten years. All the same. The best of all is the location. Very slow internet connection. It is impossible to find out what cultural events are happening in the city and around.

nice big rooms for Europe. Nice pool area in and outside.

Good location. Pool with hot springs water works till 11pm!
