Wonderful location Nice Staff Wonderful Breakfast I don't see any faulty parts in this hotel. I strongly recommend it!

I stayed there for a long week-end and I was very surprised. The room was a bit small but nicely and comfortably furnished, the restaurant was good, the service excellent. The hotel has its own thermal water and spa which is free to use for hotel guests. It was excellent, open all day long with indoor / outdoor pool and several saunas. It was very relaxing and nice.

I like this hotel in the heart of the city with a great indoor and outdoor spa. The price is really good for the value of the hotel. The breakfast buffet cost 20 euro which is fair for what it offer and even cheaper than other restaurants in the city offering buffet breakfast. I like everything in this hotel. Only the Internet wi fi need some improvement.

We were greeted on check in w/ champagne by the very nice porter, and that set an excellent tone for the rest of the visit. Comfortable, beautiful room, great coffee provided, and near the downtown. Didn't even have time to check out the pool, but I would come back and check it out then.

The city is great and the area is perfect but service of the hotel was not in the level of Radisson Blu, they were not giving even a simple wine opener to the room and after several times request, someone brought and said will wait we open our bottle then take the opener back.

Really staff not helpful , noisy room you can hear the voices from other room

Very friendly people,and the building from inside is of an old style , which gives a very good feeling. The entrance and reception are splendid. Unfortunately i did not use the swimming’s pool and the other installations ,that i can report upon. I had the booking without breakfast, The only disturbing matter was probably that the rooms are not so sound proof,so that you could hear your neighbour very easily!!!! The price i have got for the room was satisfactory.

Friendly and efficient reception team. Very well soundproofed room. The air-con which is in a floor based unit blows cool air directly at ones face. The pillows were very soft (I am sure the hotel would have provided a hard one had I asked). Excellent breakfast with very friendly employees. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of all the shops. A very pleasant stay in an excellent hotel.
