Een comfortabel hotel .

Moeilijk bereikbaar en op een desolate plek gezien de verwoestingen van jaren geleden. Het hotel ligt omringd door bouwputten. De buitenkant van het hotel straalt grandeur uit maar de binnenzijde kan hier niet in meekomen. De binnenzijde maar voornamelijk de kamers zijn kaal en kil. Helaas was op zondag de bar niet geopend . het restaurant beperkt zich tot een bistro. Ook kaal en kil en het eten is van matige kwaliteit.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und nettes, aufmerksames Personal beim Frühstück. Ein sehr angenehmer Wellness-Bereich mit Pool, Saunen und Ruhemöglichkeiten - leider keine Möglichkeit Getränke oder Snacks zu ordern.

Wenn man über booking bucht, bekommt man das Gefühl Gast 2. Klasse zu sein. Bei Direktbuchung hat man z.B. eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer war in der letzten Ecke des Hotels gelegen mit einer Baustelle vorm Fenster. Das Hotel war alles andere als ausgebucht, man hätte uns auch ein netteres Zimmer geben können. Den Meldezettel musste man als Stammgast auch noch einmal ausfüllen, da man ja über einen Drittanbieter gebucht hat, so die Aussage einer etwas genervten Rezeptionistin. Der sehr nette Kollege beim checkout hat diese Aussage korrigiert und bestätigt, dass unser Stammgast-Profil vorliegt und hätte übernommen werden können.
