Steigenberger have renovated the hotel and the rooms very well since the terrible flood. The communal facilities are excellent.

The steam room in the spa was not working. We asked for someone to look at it, but it was never operational during our stay.

Frühstück, Ambiente des Hotels, Lage

Großteil des Personals unfreundlich. Sehr unfreundliches Barpersonal, welches uns trotz Gespräch einfach stehen gelassen hat. Zimmer wurde zwar gereinigt, aber z.b. altes Geschirr nicht abgeräumt und verbrauchtes Kaffeezubehör nicht aufgefüllt.
