IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND NICE LOOKING

THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE POOL OPEN NOR THE KITCHEN. OUR MAIN REASON FOR THIS HOTEL WAS FOOD ON SITE AND SWIMMING. WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOTEL EVERYTHING WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THERE. HOW EVER IT WAS ALL CLOSED SO I WAS UPSET THAT THEY DIDN'T SHARE THIS INFORMATION BEFORE MY NON-REFUND WAS EXPIRED. ***WHEN PEOPLE DRIVE 3+ HOURS AND LOOK FOR EVERYTHING IN 1 PLACE AND ARRIVE JUST TO BE TOLD NOTHING IS WORKING OR UNDER REPAIR**** THEY COULD AT LEAST UPDATE WEBSITE EMAIL CUSTOMERS SO THEY CAN CHOOSE TO STAY OR NOT.... I FELT STUCK BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET A REFUND***

False advertisement! When we booked it said the property had a restaurant/lounge on site, pool and hot breakfast. When we arrived to check in we were told it was under “ new ownership” and that the pool was closed along with the restaurant/lounge. We were told that breakfast would be a “cold” breakfast of just muffins. Rooms were very dirty and smelled. The room had a very dirty dehumidifier in it that was not running. We actually had to go get dinner since the restaurant was closed and when we returned we decided not to stay at this hotel. We were told that since we checked in 3 hours earlier they would not refund any of our money.
