"Bad"

I paid for 3 days and only stayed 1 day.... I was told I'd be reimbursed for the 2 unused rooms. It's been over 3 weeks and still nothing!!!

"Great location to Eastern Illinois University."

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Opened banquet room for our group to play cards.

Broken blind in room--sun came through breaks. Breakfast was bagel, english muffins and caffeine coffee-kitchen under construction.

"Comfortable stay."

Overall a great value stay. Room was comfortable and really well cleaned, site was quiet and well located for Charleston. Main lobby and breakfast areas are at a high level. Breakfast pretty standard, but fine. Pool wasn’t open, but I’m guessing the weather is too variable, and the restaurant not yet open either, however there are so many options within a couple of miles this was no problem.

It’s okay. I’ve stayed in the past they had a hot breakfast. Not this time only bagels and cereal. Same as before room is ok as far as clean except behind furniture super dirty and dusty. Next time I’ll try a different hotel. Ok stay if you don’t care about breakfast and like a simple room.

I will never stay here again. The restaurant and bar were closed, room was dirty and smelled like mold, leaky toilet, TV had no signal the whole night, and there was dust everywhere! Yuck! Never again…
