Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Williamsburg Historic Area, VA

Property needs to be fully remodeled. Worst property I have ever stayed at period!!

Staff was nice and friendly. Room was dirty and smelled. Needs renovated big time. Pool was not very nice. No place to rinse and change. No dryer for swimming wear. I don't usually do this but had a bad experience.

Nice person who checked us in. 1st room someone smoked in it so they switched us to another room. Indoor pool and hot tub was clean and they had a company the next morning there testing the water. Simple hotel, pillows are small Good location. No charging station. There should be a few EV chargers at every hotel in Williamsburg.

Hot tub not hot but working

It was quiet and clean

Front desk was courteous and prompt. Hotel room was clean. Housekeeping was always on time and provided excellent service. Very friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were clean and well used by my kids. Breakfast had several options from fresh fruit, muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, waffles both large and small size, juices, milk, coffee, tea, hot water, hot sausage and eggs, hot biscuit sandwiches, pastries, yogurt, boiled eggs, and all the condiments and silverware. There was a place to sit down and eat breakfast, and the breakfast items were regularly stocked the entire time breakfast was available. Ice machine worked, elevator worked, no plumbing problems in our room. Plenty of towels and toilet paper, and trash was taken out promptly. My only complaint is the bed mattresses were extremely firm and uncomfortable for the adults, but the kids seemed to really like them. Overall, a great place to stay with children and a great location close to several area attractions.

Everything was nice and clean

Staff were super kind and courteous. My son enjoyed the pool and the delicious breakfast.

Toilet seat falling off, shower head broken from wall. Carpet in hall and stairs in pitiful shape. Staff good, breakfast ok. No cookies anymore?

My stay was cozy, the room was clean. The sheets were clean. Everything was good except the curtains had a stain on them & the room had like a wet smell. Nothing Febreeze or Lysol can't take care of. I didn't eat the breakfast (personal preference). Since covid it's hard to open back up to buffet style food. Did not go to the pool. Again personal preference. House keeping checked if I need clean towels & cloths which was good. The front desk was friendly and spoke each time I came in and out. The area has lots of shopping & food choices. Not that far from Bush Garden I would stay again.
