Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Williamsburg Historic Area, VA

The hotel is in a great location. It is very dated and run down. They are supposed to be remodeling but we did not see evidence of that. The young lady at the desk couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. She was delightful.

Barbara at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again. The breakfast was good also.

This hotel was fine but a little tired. The carpet on the third floor was extremely worn and musty but to be fair, I was told the contractors kept changing the dates to install the new floor coverings. My room key continuously self deactivated and that was kind of annoying. However the staff was super friendly and patient as I made multiple trips to have my key reactivated. The bathroom sink was missing the stopper so I lost an earring back down the drain. Not critical but still a nuisance. The area was busy and surrounded by numerous other hotel chains. I might not chose this hotel again if I find myself in the area. It would be a hard “no” if the people weren’t so nice.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was yummy. I also like that the hotel is so close to the all the fun stuff. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is super nice, breakfast is included, and they have a jacuzzi and pool, which are open until midnight.

No lights in parking lot, unpleasant smell in hallway, dirty carpet and needs upgrade. Staff was pleasant!

The property had a water leak and some of the rooms smelled really bad of stale water. If the property is aware of it, those rooms should not have been rented.

Great stay

Buckets catching rain water in hallways. Dirty carpet in rooms. Blood on the bottom of pullout couch mattress. Stay at your own risk

The hotel is in need of updates. Very tired and worn looking. Rear parking lot dark and unlit. However,Staff very helpful and pleasant. Hallway had bucket for leaks and carpet stained with bleach marks. Musty and smelly in hallway. Handicap lift for pool looks like it doesn't work- rusted and old. Liked that the pool was open til midnight. Breakfast was average.
