Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Williamsburg Historic Area, VA

It's as if all non-essential maintenance is being deferred. Grass is way long, there are broken outside lights, common carpet is worn and dirty looking, plus an abandoned car parked by the dumpster with vegatation growing on it. Not what we expected from a Country Inn and Suites.

overall good, only issue is the doors are very messed up and often takes many many tries to get it to turn green, also get stuck even when they do turn green so the getting in and out process is not good

Gave me wrong room which had to be changed. Rooms very old and need major renovation. Breakfast stale, and was not refilled. TV on had limited channels others very fuzzy unable to watch.

Very outdated, hot tub out of working order, TV barely had any channels to watch most where distorted, breakfast was not that great

This property is dirty, unkempt, smelled horrible. I refused to stay here. It is not how it is represented on the website. I am requesting a refund.

Good location, room was nice. The shower was not the best. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was awful. Breakfast was just okay. Needed more lighting out back at parking area near back door.

Breakfast was not good. Noise in room above me bad. Pool was great. Staff was nice

There was a dead centipede on one of the beds.

Property looks pretty old. There was an old broken down car outside the building in the grass area of the parking lot. Building looks dirty outside, cobwebs near roof line and bee nests. Walls and ceiling were dirty in room. The toilet was broken, partly detached from the floor and leaked out onto the floor numerous times from underneath after flushing so it was not clean water.

Comfortable convenient location affordable
