Nice quite surrounded by restaurants

The hotel We're supposed to have a hot tub.And a heated pool. It had neither. The hot tub was empty and had chairs sitting around it . It was obvious it had not been used In a while. The pool water was 70 degrees if that. And the pool area was not even that. But the rooms were so hot,we had to sleep with no blankets even after turning the thermostat to 58 degrees.Management was notified, but did nothing.

Clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful, really nice guy on reception, who put us in a nice king room. Could do with a little redecoration. We had a lovely stay.

We got the suite room so we would have space for 5 of us (2 doubles and a pullout couch). We got a last minute deal on the Expedia site and called ahead to make sure they had hot breakfast and that the pool and hot tub were working. Unfortunately it didn’t go well when we got there. The hotel room had peeling paint, smelled like mildew. The beds looked clean but the pullout sheets hadn’t been changed. When I went to the front, they didn’t have sheets or pillows for the pullout couch, so our youngest only had a thin sheet and one of our pillows. The hot tub was out of order and there were no towels in the pool area. We had a great time at Busch Gardens, and it was nice to stay close, but we won’t be staying here again.

The shower was not that hot. The hot tub was broken. The pool was broken. The TV hardly gets any channels, but the place was clean and the staff was extremely friendly, but you can tell the hotel was run down. There’s a ceiling tile out in the hallway, the carpets all stained and bleached it needs a bad overhaul.

Convenient location and our host was very accommodating. Any issues we had were corrected immediately.

Staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was nice. The property needs some work though. It needs a deep clean for sure. The nicest place in the hotel was the breakfast area.

The customer service was EXCELLENT! The staff at the desk, both at night and in the morning were very friendly.

The night was overly price the hot tub wasn’t working and didn’t inform us before checking in customer service was great breakfast was not good

The room was ok but smelled moldy and the ceiling paint was bubbly. Lots of ceiling tiles were water damaged or missing. Indoor pool was freezing as was the hot tub. When I asked they said it hadn’t worked for months. Since this was a major reason we stayed there indoor pool and hot tub. We were very disappointed yes.
