Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Williamsburg Historic Area, VA

Our room was really old looking with only one accessible outlet. No modern upgrades. The bathroom had mold and mildew and stain all over the place and the ceiling was peeling. The people above us were walking around and that wasn't the problem it was the squeaking of the ceiling constantly. There was no one to be found in the morning to have more coffee made.

Property was nice abut definitely older and in need of updates. Hot tub was not functioning, no towels at pool. Mold in bathroom. Need some def attention to furniture and carpet in rooms. Staff was very friendly and kind to our children. The beds were clean and the area was safe.

All in all it was a good stay. The room itself was very clean and looked amazing, but the hotel itself not so much. It’s looked very run down. The hot tub was out of order and the breakfast left much to be desired.

The staff, front desk and maids were amazing and helpful. I am grateful for their service. There were many things about our stay that left more to be desired. We stayed in room 122. The shower water temperature was inconsistent and the tub head constantly leaked through the night. The sink faucet was completely disconnected from the counter and the water running made a loud noise. The entryway light was hanging out of the hole in ceiling and dangling by a wire. The sheets were stained and the bedside tables had gross smears on the right side. The hallway water bubbler did not work so we could not drink any water. The front desk attendant polietly turned on the juice machine so we could get the water from the machine which was helpful. Breakfast was similar with the waffle machine being broken as well as the toaster, the worker was helpful to try and aid with this but to no avail. I would not stay here again. I appreciate the staff but not worth the trip.

The front desk Clerks made us feel welcome. We would stay here again!

Only thing was dissatisfied that i addressed my refrigerator wasnt cooling and no one addressed the issue considering i had food and drinks.

Its call county inn and suites so i didnt have a suite and the floors was dirty and breakfasr was not good

Door handle in bathroom kept coming off. Carpet in hallway is stained all over. Many channels didn’t come in. Couple of stupid guests the night before brought glass to the hot tub, broke it, and didn’t tell anyone so later someone cut themselves meaning hot tub had to be drained and we couldn’t use it. Breakfast was lukewarm. Overall it was ok for a one night stay, just not as nice as I was hoping.
