Dirty and loud

We enjoyed the shuttle downtown, the bath and body products in the room. Everything was clean and updated. Would definitely stay again!

Beds are horrible

Beautiful hotel and super comfy. Could definitely be a home away from home. Loved the gym space. I would pass on the buffet breakfast but that’s typical for most hotels.

Please have an agent get ahold of me. The hotel was going to take money off for our stay but we had paid for it ahead. The water pressure was bad we couldn’t take a shower. No remote in our room had to call for that. The light between the bed didn’t work. Please get ahold of me. They want you to contact them and they will refund us something. Please follow through

Friendly staff

The only issue we had was the bathroorm, it could have been a lot cleaner, you could see the soap scum around the edge of the shower, and the corners of the base board had a bit of dirt built up,,and you could see where there had been a leak in the ceiling, and the wall paper was peeling.. other than that it was a good experience, the staff was excellent, and the food in the restaurant was excellent as well, service was 100%

There was no hot water at all to shower. There were drugs on the floor in our room, the sink did not work, it was dirty. I spoke to the front desk and they said it’s an old building and they don’t keep up on it. I emailed the hotel after our stay and have not heard back from them.

Stayed for sporting event. Everything was excellent
