The freeway was noisy

Bed wasn't made. Safe battery was low, wouldn't work.

Close to SU. Ok, that’s the positive. Negative: at check in no one bothered to explain Wi-Fi, the shuttle, or where to park. Elevators way too high tech for such a low tech building and were confusing to use. Parking garage smelled like a natural gas leak. Round building made for odd room shape. Had to squeeze in bathroom and lean over toilet in order to shut the door. The rain showerhead is trendy but totally impractical. Doesn’t rinse my hair enough. There’s no shower door and said rain shower wet entire bathroom floor which was then slippery. The noise from the highway 100 ft from our window was very loud. High pitched. And, the drapes in the room did not fully close!! So we had only sheer curtain to barely block the nearby stop light. I used my hair clips to pull up drapes to clip together so we had privacy from the highway. I mean, really, it’s not great!

Hotel was just okay. The bed was too soft and a bit uncomfortable. We had complimentary breakfast voucher which we ended up not using and not eating there after waiting 30 minutes for breakfast. They had only one person serving the whole place. It was so rediculous that it left an overall bad taste in our mouth. Would not return…😡

Very Noisy and dirty

The room was not clean. The hotel was understaffed; we waited over half an hour to check in. They overcharged simply because of their location.

Interesting looking building not over crowded but a little on the older side. Very attentive and helpful staff.

The hotel and room were clean. Check in was on a Friday afternoon and there was an event in town, took an hour to check in.

A nice spot near the Dome in Syracuse.

Many food options within walking distance.
