great place

Older hotel. Toilet stopped working and phone didn't work so we had to switch rooms. Door handle had to be fixed as it was loose and not installed properly in the first place. Next room toilet made noise on and off all night and dirty glass, no ironing board. Not impressed whatsoever.

The hotel was convenient to hospitals. It is a unique shape but rooms are worn and the space is small. The bathroom was especially tight and difficult to maneuver in and out of. No door on the sink area. The room had two full sized beds. They seemed really small. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. The room price was reasonable and parking was free in a parking garage.

Unique hotel, always wanted to stay there and wasn't disappointed. Close to great downtown dining and anything needed. Would stay again.

Awesome fun hotel

Upon checking in, the staff was friendly enough. Nothing out of the ordinary. During our stay, housekeeping did not come ONCE. We had a pile of dirty towels piled in our room. They couldn't even send someone to pick them up. We had to go down to the lobby daily to retrieve coffee, towels and toiletries. When I asked on the second day about the lack of maid service, the person at the front desk told me it was because of the computer glitch and they were unable to keep track of which rooms needed servicing. When I asked, on the third day about the maid service, the person at the front desk told me that we needed to request it each time. I don't know which one is true, but it can't be both. Multiple guests shared our experience with regards to having to retrieve towels etc. on a daily basis. On the final day, housekeeping knocked on our door at checkout time. Interesting that they could keep track of that. Would NEVER stay here and would not recommend to anyone.

Wouldn’t recommend. Lazy staff . Initial room wasn’t clean upon check in . Linen didn’t seem to clean

Second time staying there! Love it!

It was right off the highway and it was clean. I would stay here again.

Sheets had stains on them. Bed mattress had stains also
