Be careful when booking as we ended up with a room that was right next to the road with traffic noise all night highly overpriced for what we received . Charges for offsite parking we’re not revealed before booking. However Steph was very hospitable and efficient and a beautiful view if you get a room that looks at the lake .
This was a stunning hotel from a bygone era, but still an extravagant and romantic hotel to stay in today. The lake view from the balcony was amazing and I could never tire of that. We stayed on bed&breakfast basis so can’t comment on evening meal as we ate at nearby restaurants each night. But the breakfast buffet was great.
Excellent food and service, in prime position for the mini train, bus service and water transport to enjoy visiting other parts of the lake. The breakfasts were very good, and I enjoyed practising my Italian.!
A beautiful, old Grand-Tour hotel, on the very edge of the famous Lake, with wonderfully helpful ladies on reception!
A lovely hotel in a pleasant location. Very helpful staff and a superb a la carte restaurant.
Historic hotel that hosted guests such as Winston Churchill. Elegant lobby with lakeviews. Very nice breakfast buffet with tables on the lake side. Most guests are older. We enjoyed the proximity to Lake Guarda's boats. Best way to tour the lake. We took rhe fast boat to Riva Guarda but preferred the top deck of a slower boat for the return.

Nice comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings. Very convenient location for the boats and buses to visit nearby towns. Only negatives cup of tea €7 each ! No disabled ramps readily available
