I don't know why this hotel gets such good reviews. The nicest thing about it is the staff (very friendly) and the lobby area (lots to do for kids). The restaurant was "ok" but the menu is limited and expensive for what it is and the time to serve was LONG. The room felt very small to me and very basic. No extras...no soap, no nice little shampoo and conditioner, no hand cream, etc. All those little extras that one often enjoys when staying in a hotel. You really felt that they chose all the cheapest ways to offer the basics and save money (including the toilet paper which was extremely rough). Although the room has carpet it feels like there is no padding underneath, making it very hard. The pool ended up being much smaller than it appears on the photo and it was full (no chairs and too many people) so we did not end up using it. I was traveling with my elderly handicapped mom and they gave us a room that was very far from the elevator. It literally took us 30 minutes to get to the room because I had to handle the baggage, my young son and my mother. I have no idea why they have one elevator for a hotel of this size or why it is not near the main entrance. I asked to change rooms at one point, but they didn't have any other rooms to offer except smaller rooms. To their credit, the staff were very friendly! I have stayed in hotels all over the world-from very basic to very luxurious, this was worth about 1/2 the price we paid unfortunately.

Another great one night stop over before a morning flight. Clean hotel, friendly staff, can't ask for much more.

After a delayed flight and a long queue to collect our hire car and rather then drive 3 hours to our final destination we (2 families - 4 adults 4 children) arrived at this hotel, late Saturday night. Reception and bar staff were very friendly offering bar snacks, buckets of crisps and peanuts as the kitchen had closed for an evening. Rooms were clean and beds extremely comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. We all agreed that we would use this hotel again as a stopover next year

A hotel for the airport so the area is not one for tourists however it is far enough away so as not to be too noisy. Room was spacious and clean. Onsite restaurant was reasonable with a set menu. Staff polite and friendly. Only real gripe was that it was very busy at breakfast and choice was a little limited (it's never good to have to wait for my first coffee of the day) but the food was fresh and no complaints about the quality. Perfect for my one night stop over before flying out in the morning.

Just the right place if you are departing marseille early or late. The restaurant is adequate but there are no others close by. Recommend if you are staying just overnight. Swimming pool nice but small.

Very clean well thought out. Restaurant is very good, the location and parking very secure and clean. I have no problem ever staying here, always great!

Cool design of hotel comfy bed -gross dirty floor

We needed a place to stay for one night near the airport...the hotel shuttle (you call for it at a kiosk in the airport or at the hotel shuttle sign) was prompt...the location is in an industrial park without restaurants but the hotel restaurant had good meal options (they called them “snacks”...but the paella, salad and bread snack was a meal for us in a clean dining area overlooking a nice pool). The breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options and all the fresh squeezed OJ you could drink...The colorful utilitarian room was clean and a bit larger than your average European airport hotel...Overall, we felt this was a very good overnight option at a decent price! Ps...we did not have children but they had an inside play area for kids
