ibis Styles Marseille Provence Aéroport

The air conditioning was on the fritz during our stay and it was too warm (and a bit humid) in our room. And, we woke up w a giant bug on the wall despite no windows open. The restaurant only served one option for dinner and the bartender did not understand English. The hotel is super tidy and had a pool, billiards and foosball table. The free airport shuttle, free parking and free (Continental) breakfast were what prompted our decision to stay there and on those 3 things, it delivered.

More or less, a typical night before long flight stay. Place was kind of run down. I called ahead to ask if they had a restaurant, because I knew with my travels for that day, I would not have a chance to eat. They answered, "Yes, we have a restaurant." Only to find out when I arrived in late afternoon that it opened at 7 PM. Well, in this industrial park-like environment, I walked to a small grocery store instead to buy something to eat, because I had to get up really early to catch my 21-hour flight. The young people at the front desk and the shuttle worked well. What more, well, except food perhaps, could I ask for? Served its purpose.

Had a very pleasant night here with the family. Staff were very genuine warm and helpful. The amenities are great for the price and the pool was a hit with the kids. Food was excellent. Our air conditioning did not work and we mentioned this, despite a very caring response and assurance, it was no fixed which made for a hot night. This was the only disappointment of an otherwise great experience..

I like that is was gated and safe to park my vehicle overnight also like the theme of the place

The rooms were nice & clean. No gym, pool was outdoor so not filled with water. Breakfast buffet was good.The dinner in the restaurant wasn't that great though. I would stay there again.

The hotel is convenient to the airport but the local area is industrial so you are remote from restaurants, and shops. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful and could speak some English which was helpful. The food in the on site restaurant was okay. The hot water was off for some reason the next morning so we ended up taking cold showers before leaving for the airport.

Very convenient when you have a flight the following day. Free transfer to the airport and breakfast was also included in the price.

The only problem in the hotel is the food. We arrived on a weekend and they don't have a restaurant that is opened. They only have leftover food that they will heat up. Their staff is very helpful and nice.
