The staff amazing helpful.. good size room good breakfast for French good sleep cos of the good quality of the bed.. a welcoming litell gift was a nice touch. The pool still opened in 15 September where you can chill. The only bad part lots of mosquitos in the room The

Dirty, dirty, dirty... we had to stay there because there was no other hotels available at that time on the pictures it look beautiful but nothing compared to the pictures on the website hotel is really dirty and disgusting we would’ve left but because we came to the hotel around 11 PM and the kids were really tired we had to stay

From the moment I walked in the front door at the Ibis Styles at the Marseilles Airport, I knew I'd chosen the best hotel for my last night in France! Everything in the public areas was clean, birthright, and cheery. The staff was even better. I had lunch

This is family with children friendly property. It is clean and quiet. It is perfect to overnight to take a flight next day. Breakfast is varied. We told front desk that we needed to be at the airport by 6:00 am so they prepared breakfast by 5:00 am. They took is to the airport.

"Good service in a bad situation "

The aC was not working and room very hot. Management was understanding of my complaint and refunded my money Good customer service when they could not resolve the problem immediately
